Temporary suspension of shipments to the US due to changes in US tariffs and regulations.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an Executive Order regarding mail addressed to the U.S. entitled "Ending De Minimis Treatment for All Countries."
Under this Executive Order, mail containing goods imported for consumption (taxable mail) will no longer be tax-exempt and will be subject to customs duties starting August 29 of this year.
On August 15 of this year, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced "New Guidelines for the Elimination of De Minimis Treatment," which require carriers and other entities to pay customs bonds to CBP and prepare customs declarations.
However, the procedures that carriers and corresponding postal services in each country must follow remain unclear, making implementation extremely difficult.
For this reason, starting Wednesday, August 27, we will suspend acceptance of mail, along with other postal services in each country.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
