Regarding delays in shipments to the United States.

Shipments to the United States are currently experiencing delays due to requirements from the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission).

As of July 8, 2026, the electronic filing of Certificate of Conformity data via the electronic customs system is mandatory when importing regulated products into the United States.

Although we attach the required Certificate of Conformity data to every shipment, delays are occurring because U.S. Customs officials handling the clearance process are still becoming accustomed to these new procedures.

While the process is currently taking longer than usual, shipments are gradually clearing customs and being delivered.
